NOR\u00c8S, directeur du Contr\u00f4le financier de l&#8217;Indochine, doit se rendre en mission d inspection au Laos. M. Bosc, R\u00e9sident sup\u00e9rieur au Laos, vient \u00e0 Hanoi chercher M. NOR\u00c8S par voie de terre. Le trajet (2.600 km.) est long et fatigant. M. BOSC, qui connait l&#8217;avion pour l&#8217;avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 employ\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s, propose a M. NOR\u00c8S de gagner la capitale de Laos par la voie des airs. Le projet est approuv\u00e9 par le Gouverneur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et deux hydravions de l&#8217;escadrille n\u00bb 1 effectuent le trajet Hanoi, Vinh, Vientiane, Luang-prabang, Ban-houci-sai et retour.<\/p>\n<p>Manifeste est l enthousiasme des indig\u00e8nes laotiens.<\/p>\n<p>Leur grand chef ne revient-il pas du Pays du ciel en compagnie de celui oui repr\u00e9sente ici \u00ab Ong Vua Dai Phap \u00bb (1). La population accourt \u00e0 la rencontre de M. Bosc qui vient, par son exemple, de donner une id\u00e9e concr\u00e8te de la puissance et de la force de la nation protectrice.<\/p>\n<p>Ce voyage a\u00e9rien permit au R\u00e9sident sup\u00e9rieur de visiter de nombreux centres de la r\u00e9gion foresti\u00e8re laotienne et de prendre ainsi contact avec les chefs des tribus indig\u00e8nes dans des conditions particuli\u00e8rement favorables \u00e0 notre autorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les bulletins locaux soulignent, avec raison, l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat politique de cette d\u00e9monstration dans le Haut-Laos, habit\u00e9 de nombreuses tribus montagnardes peu civilis\u00e9es et rarement visit\u00e9 par nos agents en raison de la longueur et des difficult\u00e9s des communications.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, au cours de son voyage d&#8217;inspection, M.
