La soluci\u00f3n vino de la mano de otro avi\u00f3n desarrollado poco despu\u00e9s del B-52: el KC-135 Stratotanker, la primera versi\u00f3n militar del Modelo 707, el m\u00e1s famoso de los primeros grandes jets de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3n B-52\/ KC-135 se apoyaba en la extensa red mundial de bases de la USAF. En Espa\u00f1a, la base de Mor\u00f3n (en Sevilla) serv\u00eda como repostadero de estos aviones.
