Seg\u00fan de la entidad, tiene 19 millones de socios y es el autom\u00f3vil club m\u00e1s grande de Europa y el segundo del mundo. Una entidad tan enorme ofrece de todo a sus miembros, por ejemplo seguros de accidentes con repatriaci\u00f3n y asistencia m\u00e9dica inclu\u00edda. Para ello utiliza una gran flota de helic\u00f3pteros \u2013m\u00e1s de 50\u2013 y un servicio de ambulancia a\u00e9reo de larga distancia servido por dos Dornier Fairchild 328 Jet y otros aviones, todos pintados de vivo color amarillo.
