Entre 1962 y 1963 ya eran tres rep\u00fablicas independientes (las dos \u00faltimas se fusionaron para formar Tanzania). EEA continu\u00f3 existiendo, con pr\u00e1cticamente el mismo staff y las mismas tareas.<\/p>\n<p>En 1965 la compa\u00f1\u00eda ten\u00eda tres\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeropinakes.com\/entrada\/civicraft\/tipos\/dehavillandcomet.html\">Comet 4<\/a>, nueve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeropinakes.com\/entrada\/civicraft\/tipos\/douglasdc2ydc3.html\">DC-3<\/a> y cuatro <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeropinakes.com\/entrada\/civicraft\/tipos\/fokkerf27.html\">Fokker F.27 Friendship<\/a>, y hab\u00eda encargado tres Super VC-10 (1). Los aviones llegaron al a\u00f1o siguiente, y por entonces las tres rep\u00fablicas firmaron la creaci\u00f3n de una Comunidad Econ\u00f3mica EsteAfricana, con servicios coordinados de transporte, de la cual autom\u00e1ticamente EAA se convirti\u00f3 en una instituci\u00f3n clave (2). Se encargaron dos VC-10 m\u00e1s, se ampli\u00f3 la red de rutas y comenzaron las dificultades financieras. Cuando la aerol\u00ednea desapareci\u00f3, en 1977, Tanzania y Uganda estaban en guerra.
