El gobernador, fresco y descansado gracias a su nuevo medio de locomoci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea, pod\u00eda as\u00ed recibir pleites\u00eda de los notables ind\u00edgenas e interesarse por los problemas de los administradores civiles y militares franceses, que \u00abhacen reinar en este inmenso pa\u00eds la paz francesa, garant\u00eda de la aseguridad, de la vida misma de las poblaciones que la habitan\u00bb. El avi\u00f3n que sirve de fondo al gobernador y su s\u00e9quito es un Lior\u00e9 et Olivier L\u00e9O 213, la versi\u00f3n de transporte de un bombardero de la d\u00e9cada de 1920.
