Potaje de lentejas con patatas y calabaza y potaje de garbanzos con arroz, dos platos al parecer estrictamente veganos. El n\u00famero de raciones servidas al d\u00eda, seg\u00fan estos datos dados a la publicidad, estaba entre las 6.000 y las 7.000, aproximadamente un 5% de la poblaci\u00f3n total de la ciudad, que entonces era de unas 150.000 personas. Si se tiene en cuenta que hab\u00eda otros comedores de beneficencia y repartos de comida dependientes de conventos, cuarteles y otras instituciones, probablemente al menos el 10% de la poblaci\u00f3n de Granada estaba al borde la inanici\u00f3n. El resto deb\u00eda buscarse la vida con las cartillas de racionamiento y el mercado negro.
