Il \u00e9tablit un avion bimoteur capable de voyager 2.000 km ou de patrouiller cinq heures sur la cible, avec la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser des pistes courtes et non pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. L&#8217;avion devrait \u00eatre en mesure d&#8217;accepter une lourde charge d&#8217;armes pour l&#8217;attaque au sol en utilisant des bombes, des roquettes et des mitrailleuses.
